  • PCS timelines. If you’re leaving on orders, you may not be around to deal with a repair request. Knowing the issues up front lets you handle them before you go, or price them in.
  • Coastal wear. Homes near the Oceanfront, Sandbridge and the bay side see salt air and wind. Corroded condensers, worn decks and loose flashing are the kind of items buyers’ inspectors call out.
  • Crawlspace surprises. On the city’s low ground, crawlspace moisture is a common finding. Better to learn about it from your own report than from a buyer’s repair addendum.
