No. There are no extra fees for evening or weekend inspections or for older homes.
What if my buyer is out of town?
I offer live video walkthroughs so out-of-town buyers can see the home and ask questions during the inspection.
What other inspections and add-ons do you offer?
Pre-listing, new construction and 11-month builder warranty inspections, pool and spa inspections, sewer scope and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing. Drone roof inspections and thermal imaging are used as needed, and a military discount is available.
